How do I install the Touch ‘n Go RFID tag?
Remove tag from packaging, stick onto headlamp / windscreen.

Where should the TNG RFID Tag be fitted?
The TNG RFID Tag should be fitted onto the surface of your vehicle’s windscreen or headlamp. If your windscreen is tinted, we recommend that you fit the TNG RFID Tag on the headlamp.
The metal content of the tint may affect the readability of the TNG RFID Tag at toll lanes.
Can I tint my windscreen after my vehicle windscreen has been fitted with TNG RFID Tag?
We do not recommend that you tint your vehicle’s windscreen after the TNG RFID Tag has been fitted to avoid any possible interferences with the TNG RFID Tag. This interference may affect the readability of the TNG RFID Tag at toll lanes.
Can I transfer my TNG RFID Tag to another person?
No, you cannot transfer your TNG RFID Tag to another person as it is unique to the registered user and vehicle.
If I use the TNG RFID Tag which is fixed on to my headlamp, can it be peeled off easily/safely and transferred to another car?
The TNG RFID Tag is not transferable as it breaks on removal, a security feature that prevents tampering.
If I have both SmartTAG and Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag in the car, will I be charged twice?
No, you will not. The Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag will be detected first and if payment is successful, your Touch ‘n Go card in the SmartTAG device will not be charged.
How do I activate the Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag?
Steps to activate your TNG RFID Tag on your Touch ‘n Go eWallet:
i. Launch the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app on your mobile device
ii. Select “TNG RFID” under Services
iii. Select “Activate TNG RFID Tag”
iv. Fill in your details accordingly
Your TNG RFID Tag will be activated within 24 hours.
Is there a limit for how many Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag can be registered in a Touch ‘n Go eWallet account?
No limit.
How many TNG RFID Tags can be used on a single vehicle?
Only one TNG RFID Tag can be installed and registered on a single vehicle.
Is there credit in the Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag?
There is no credit in the tag when you first purchased it. The available credit for your Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag is the amount stated in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
How do I terminate my TNG RFID Tag?
Steps to terminate TNG RFID Tag:
i. Log in to TNG RFID Portal with your email address from TNG eWallet App
ii. Go to My TNG RFID and select My Vehicle
iii. Select “Terminate”
iv. Fill in your details accordingly
How do I ensure my TNG RFID Tag remains damage-free?
i. Avoid washing the TNG RFID Tag fitted area for 24 hours after fitting the tag.
ii. Do not attempt to remove the TNG RFID Tag as it will break upon removal.
iii. Avoid cleaning the fitted area with chemical solutions.
iv. When sending the fitted vehicle for a car wash, remind your car wash operator to be extra careful around the TNG RFID Tag fitted area.
Can the TNG RFID Tag on the headlamp get damaged due to weather conditions?
No, the TNG RFID Tag is made of highly durable material that can withstand various weather conditions
I am planning to sell off my vehicle. What will happen to my TNG RFID Tag?
Terminate your TNG RFID Tag that is fitted to that particular vehicle, then peel off and dispose the TNG RFID Tag.
What happens if I do not terminate my TNG RFID Tag after selling off my vehicle?
You will continue to be charged for payments incurred by the TNG RFID Tag.
Touch ‘n Go / Maxcall Marketing will not be liable for the charges should the customer fail to terminate the TNG RFID Tag. We would advise you to terminate your TNG RFID tag if you are selling off your vehicle.
I'm currently using the Touch 'n Go Zing card with the auto-reload function for toll payments. Can I also use the auto-reload function with TNG RFID Tag?
The TNG RFID Tag does not have a reload function.
If your tag is linked to your credit or debit card, the toll fare will be deducted directly from your card.
If the tag is linked to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet, the fare will be deducted from your account.
Steps to enable auto-reload feature on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet:
i. Open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app
ii. Tap on “Reload eWallet” and select the “Auto-Reload” method
iii. Enter a threshold amount and an auto-reload amount
iv. Input your card details
What if my Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag is damaged / does not work after installation?
If the first Touch ‘n Go RFID Tag is torn or damaged, replacement will be free of charge.
Steps to redeem replacement:
i. Log in to TNG RFID Portal with your email address from TNG eWallet App
ii. Go to “My TNG RFID” and select My Vehicle
iii. Go to “Actions” and select “Request replacement tag”
iv. Fill in your details accordingly
I have just received my replacement TNG RFID Tag. How do I activate my new TNG RFID Tag?
Steps to activate your replacement TNG RFID Tag on your Mobility eXperience:
i. Log in to your Mobility eXperience account
ii. Go to My TNG RFID and select My Vehicle
iii. Go to “Actions” and select “Activate replacement tag”
iv. Enter your 24-digit TNG RFID Tag number found on the packaging
